The Hotel

HOLOS HOTEL*** is located in Heliopolis, in the South part of Seville.

Heliopolis was built for the Iberoamerican Exhibition that took place in Seville in 1929. Historically, it is an example of what is called “City Garden” and was built in Seville in the first third of the 20th Century, when this model of town planning arose from the Hygienists’ demands and relates to a way of living which has been largely lost in modern times.

The whole district has an emblematic image which comprises the best of the regional architecture (symbolism, character, personality...), together with the city’s historical roots.

Nowadays it is one of Seville’s most treasured residential districts, with a quiet and refined atmosphere.

It is well located and easy to reach (just seven minutes by car from the city’s historical centre and also easy to get to via the circular SE30 motorway). Heliopolis is a consolidated area with all the necessary facilities and equipment. It is near Seville’s Science University Colleges.
 

The building has been beautifully restored to its original purpose.
