Hotels in Spain - A stylish villa in Heliopolis.

Located in the high class, residential neighborhood of Heliopolis, in a pleasant yet well connnected to Seville setting, Hotel Holos is a unique tourism project, led and managed by Carmen Ortega Sastre. The hotel was designed as a large villa. Heliopolis, located in the south of the city, was built for the Ibero-American Exhibition held in Seville in 1929 and is configured as a neighborhood of family houses with gardens that housed the foreigners who came to see the show. From a historic viewpoint, Heliopolis is a perfect example of the garden cities from the early twentieth century with high environmental value and all the traditional characteristics of the regional architecture, emphasizing the use of white walls that enclose the dwellings. Today, Holos is an establishment that revels in the design and beauty of its architecture, seeking satisfaction in the details including the decor and personalized attention. Holos provides a lifestyle that is adapted to cosmopolitan guests who appreciate personalized and intimate spaces without relinquishing the opportunities for leisure and business travel in a perfect city. Holos responds well to the concepts of modern and charming. In short it is a hotel boutique located in beautiful surroundings. Thus, the owners have sought to give the building a contemporary twist while maintaining the symbolic nature of the building. This goal required the design of an architectural in Seville, MGM, leaders in contemporary and global architecture (present at the MOMA in New York and the Venice Biennale). Their design houses 7 rooms, two of which are on the third floor, four on the mezzanine, and one on the ground floor, designed for the disabled. All the rooms include a bathroom, hairdryer, Dove amentities, Egyptian cotton linens, LCD televisions with TDT built and designed furniture, highlighted by Tolomeo lamps and Patricia Urquiola Lazychairs. Air conditioning, independent internet access by wi-fi, terrace solarium on the third floor, equipped with comfortable lounge chairs and a shower complete the guest amenities. As for the structural design of the building, the pergolas aluminum exterior calls to attention to the "motion" that surrounds the hotel and a path leading into the wood indoors or into a glass pavillion that houses the cafeteria. Both pergolas and wooden flooring reach the cafeteria, creating a sense of continuity that allows the harmony of these very avant-garde pieces. The cafetria conforms with the innovation surrounding the hotel, as it offers a varied menu of salads, sandwiches, and confectiones.
